Return / Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Jolicase has a processing period of 1-2 days for orders, and delivery is usually completed within 7-30 days.

A full refund is possible in the following situations:

• If the product is not received within 45 days after the shipment date. Refund processes can start 45 days after the shipment date because delivery times may vary by region.

• Within 12 hours of the order being placed.

• If an incorrect product is delivered.

 

The following reasons are not included as reasons for exchange or refund:

• Minor scratches or dust that occurred during the manufacturing process.

• Orders that were placed more than 12 hours ago. Cancellations are not possible after 12 hours from the time of purchase, as warehouse delivery begins after 12 hours.

 

For exchanges/returns due to consumer attribution (simple change of mind, order error), requests can be made 45 days after the order date, and the necessary international shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer. In this case, exchange or return processing is possible after receiving the product from Jolicase.
